Come down and join us together with your family to celebrate Austin Heights Chap Goh Mei Celebration 2007 in conjunction with the last day of Chinese New Year celebration. It will be filled with various fun & exciting activities such as funfair and games for the children, wide range of delicious food, karaoke competition for the whole family to participate and residents will also be able to catch up with the exhilarating lion dance performances.

We take this opportunity of organizing such an event for the residents to interact with each other and to foster a mutually better understanding relationship among each other thus creating a conducive living environment.

You may collect the entrance ticket to the festival for the dinner by simply produce your resident cards at our Sales Office between 26.02.2007 till 02.03.2007. Those who wish to invite relatives and friends will have to pay RM20.00 per ticket / per person and any of the residents who wish to participate in the karaoke competition may register their participation in the contest at our sales office on/before 01.03.2007 by 12 noon. Don’t miss our exciting community event and we look forward to seeing you there.

We are pleased to inform you that due to popular demand from the residents and to further enhance and heightened security of access card technology, we have changed our entry system at MG3 (Main Gate 3) from short range access card reader to long range access card reader.

The long range access card reader offers both security and convenience. It adds to the convenience of the resident as well as the access control system whereby the residents need not have to wind down the car window screen when entering the development scheme, provides up to 2 feet (600 mm) read range, by using your existing Access Card.
