:: NEW FUTSAL COURT

We have been receiving positive response from the residents on the newly-built exercise spots such as Gym Stations along the town park, and recently the new basketball court.

Viewing that the basketball court is always over-crowded with teenagers playing basketball and also some feedbacks from the residents that we need more exercise spots so that everyone has the chance to enjoy the facilities, the Management has intended to build a new Futsal court next to the Basketball Court.

Futsal is similar to football but in a much smaller scale. It is played between two teams of five players, one of whom is the goalkeeper. Unlike some other forms of indoor football, the field is delimited by lines, and not nets or boards that players can use to redirect the ball. We hope by having futsal court shall provide Austin Heights teenagers a proper place to burn out their energy in line with our objective of creating a conducive and healthy living community lifestyle.

Should you have any objection to the proposed new futsal court, kindly write-in to the Management office not later than fourteen (14) days from the date of this letter. Otherwise, we will consider that the residents have concord to the above said proposal and it will then be implemented. On the contrary, if we received substantial feedbacks from residents to suggest otherwise, the Management will then review the proposal.

Thank You.
